New release: v2.1.1

v2.1.1 has just been released. This is a minor release containing only bugfixes.

Bug fixes

The following bugs have been fixed:

• Event-driven TPDOs are no longer sent when the COB-ID is disabled.
• lely::canopen::IoContext now uses an internal send buffer of 1000 CAN frames to prevent dropping frames under high load. A diagnostic message is pringed when the send buffer overflows, when a read or write error occurs or when a CAN bus error or state change is detected.
• The CompactPDO option in EDS/DCF files, together with NrOfRxPDO and NrOfTxPDO, is now handled correctly, particularly when the explicitly defined PDOs are not consecutive.
